This week I am focusing on increasing the number of responses on my surveys as I realised that I need to increase my sample size. So far, I have gained a decent amount of data on my research topic, which has been very insightful in terms of how university students study. To increase engagement, I am aiming to take some time out of every day this week to do others’ surveys, and then comment mine in response. This is more of an active way to get data, rather than just tweeting out one link and hoping people will stumble across it.
Another focus for me this week will be inviting people to participate in an interview. So far, I have conducted one interview, which provided great detail that will definitely be of use! I have another student interested in interviewing, and will hopefully find one or two more people, so that I have a greater range of answers.
I have also just gone back to work, and we have been preparing to reopen the store for Thursday. I will have to learn to adjust my uni schedule in order to effectively manage my time, and to avoid stressing out too much.
